Guang-Liang Tang (CNNIC): Some suggestion about current policy:
1. The necessity to develop mDNS;
2.To Enhance international cooperation and harmony.
MARUYAMA NAOMASA(JPNIC)： JPNIC will abide by current international Domain Name registration policy, dispute policy.
Kim ByungKyu (KRNIC):
1. The Multilanguage Domain Name service is operated by some companies in Korea;
2. The necessity to enhance international cooperation.
Che-Hoo Cheng (HKNIC): Introduce the current status of Domain Name registration in HONKONG.
Wei-Yao He (MONIC):
1. Introduce the current status of Domain Name registration in Macao;
2. The importance to enhance international cooperation.Guang-Liang Tang (CNNIC):
1. Six questions about Domain Name registration、dispute policy and trademark;
2. Some arguments about six questions.
Maruyama Naomasa (JPNIC): The Domain Name dispute should be solved by law, registration institution should not intervene.
Topic 2nd: About cgTLD and TLDs

Che-Hoo Cheng (HKNIC)： (see PowerPoint document : CDNC20000520-Discussion on CgTLDs.ppt) Raise the question of Chinese cgTLD.
Sheng- Shyang Huang (TWNIC): Different countries or different regions should have its own individual gTLD .
Hua-Ling Qian (CNNIC):
1.Considering that the different countries or regions perhaps have different languages or different character sets, we can solve the problem by using several different cgTLD;
2. Wish all attendees to agree with the argument and refer the suggestion to ICANN.
Che-Hoo Cheng (HKNIC)：
1. Agree with the suggestion.
2. Wish all attendees to agree with the argument and make it a component of international system;
3. The importance to enhance international cooperation.
Kim ByungKyu (KRNIC)： Can not make decision immediately and will take the suggestion into account.
Maruyama Naomasa (JPNIC):
1.Interesting in owning a Japanese gTLD;.
2.Localizing the management;
3.Will take the suggestion into account.
Topic 3rd : Discussion on Chinese Domain Name technology including encoding and testing
